Agentis Capital Advisors is a leading global financial advisor specializing in renewable power, energy, digital, transportation, and public-private partnerships. The firm acts as a sell-side and buy-side advisor for infrastructure funds, pension funds, contractors, and governments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor operations projects, business processes, and IT systems to improve functional efficiency
• Support people and team effectiveness, including recruitment, training, performance management, and workforce planning
• Own and improve business processes across recruiting, onboarding, HR programs, and software implementations like CRM
• Develop and manage internal and external communications plans to drive operational effectiveness
• Produce leadership reporting and analysis, including dashboards and presentations on operational performance
• Develop and apply AI and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency across core processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, management, finance, or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or internal strategy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, VBA, or SQL
• Familiarity with recruitment software suites and full-cycle recruitment
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of the Investment Banking and Financial Services Industry
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and people operations
