Responsibilities

• Own high-priority projects end-to-end across operations, product, partnerships, and finance
• Act as a force multiplier for the COO by managing workstreams independently
• Build processes, documentation, and systems to support company scaling
• Communicate clearly across internal teams and with external partners
• Make rapid, high-quality decisions in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a high-intensity environment
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage complex workstreams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement
• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments without a predefined playbook
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in-office 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Basic SQL skills
• Financial modeling skills
