Business Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels (chat, email, phone) to guide users through shopping and credit-building journeys
• Drive resolution of high-impact problems across Core, Marketplace, Card, and Risk verticals
• Collect and analyze customer service data to develop and implement performance improvement strategies
• Collaborate with overseas BPO partners to provide actionable feedback on agent efficiency and service quality
• Rotate through internal teams including Product, Acquisition, Merchandising, Credit Card, Marketing, Compliance, and People
• Work cross-functionally to propose solutions that optimize operational efficiency and drive business outcomes
• Measure and communicate user friction points to the Product team to propose UX solutions

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with a graduation year between 2023 and 2026 (or equivalent experience)
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong commitment to an in-person work environment in Philadelphia, PA
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset

• Experience in customer service or operational roles
• Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making
• High level of adaptability and grit in a fast-paced startup environment
