Responsibilities

• Support major product launches, strategic initiatives, and product QA/testing
• Maintain demo environments and create product decks for client conversations
• Gather, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions and KPI tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional projects by tracking timelines, action items, and stakeholder communication
• Document and improve internal processes, workflows, and knowledge bases
• Administer internal tools and systems to ensure effective use across teams
• Assist with onboarding, internal events, and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, finance, technology, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and data storytelling
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
• High ownership mindset and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, or ClickUp
• Prior experience in a startup, AI-native, or high-growth company environment
