Responsibilities

• Act as a force multiplier across all teams by identifying inefficiencies and building scalable solutions
• Personally execute high-priority projects across the business
• Own end-to-end vendor relationships including sourcing, diligence, and negotiation
• Drive cost reduction in collaboration with Product, Design, and Data Science teams
• Support and scale ticketing operations and processes
• Streamline and automate workflows using AI and prototype internal tools via vibe coding

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in business operations or similar functions
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-growth startup
• Minimum 2 years of "field work" experience (e.g., physical services marketplace, forward deployed engineering, or onsite consulting)
• Proficiency in self-service analytics including SQL and Python or dashboarding
• AI-native mindset with a bias toward creating agents and automating workflows
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to inductively reason about metrics and strategy based on ground-level facts
• Comfort jumping into any problem regardless of scale
