Business Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Own operational projects end to end, from definition to solution to implementation
• Improve company operations by strengthening processes and building data-capture and reporting systems
• Execute high-priority special projects that impact multiple teams across the company
• Provide structure to ambiguity and guide cross-functional groups toward strategic decisions
• Manage business systems including ERP, HRIS, and internal tools to execute analyses
• Project manage across stakeholders in Finance, Recruiting, People Operations, and Business Development

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal strategy and operations, or business analysis
• Strong analytical aptitude with a structured, data-driven approach
• Self-directed and proactive ownership of problems
• Ability to build clear frameworks for ambiguous problems
• Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to senior leadership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
