Business Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Own and operate core financial functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and department expense management
• Prepare quarterly board presentations and investor materials, reporting on SaaS metrics and company-wide focus areas
• Create sales collateral and strategy materials to support sales enablement efforts
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of company offsites and team events
• Partner with legal to manage regulatory compliance programs
• Scale the talent function from ad hoc hiring to a structured, systems-driven recruiting engine
• Lead full-cycle technical recruiting, including outbound, inbound, and agency coordination
• Plan events with other NYC tech startups to attract top talent

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field
• 2 years of experience in a related role (e.g., Senior Associate or Analyst)
• At least 1 year of experience preparing board presentations or investor materials
• At least 1 year of experience building and evolving financial operations
• At least 1 year of experience developing GTM strategy for B2B technology or AI-driven products
• At least 1 year of experience conducting market demand analysis and voice of customer research
• At least 1 year of experience building and scaling organizational systems (talent, finance, or operations)
• At least 1 year of experience conducting interviews across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
