Responsibilities

• Track and monitor daily business volumes, transaction values, and key operational metrics
• Maintain operational dashboards and ensure timely reporting of business performance
• Identify deviations, exceptions, or breaches in key metrics and proactively escalate them
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues
• Manage end-to-end customer grievance resolution for the US Stocks business
• Ensure adherence to defined turnaround times (TATs) and service standards
• Support and ensure accurate and timely execution of RAA payouts for US Stocks customers
• Generate actionable insights from customer feedback and operational data to improve processes

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in banking, brokerage, fintech, wealth management, or capital markets operations
• Prior exposure to customer grievance management and operational monitoring
• Experience working within regulated financial services environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of US Stocks, international investing, or cross-border investment products
