Responsibilities
- Build internal tooling on the fly to run internal operations more smoothly
- Own banking, treasury, and cash management, and lead vendor negotiations
- Run core FP&A workflows including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Support investor relations and fundraising efforts
Requirements
- Experience in core business operations
- Proven track record of helping scale a startup
- Ability to produce clean documentation and crisp updates
- Proficiency in diving into data to surface operational improvements
- AI-native mindset with comfort using Claude Code to spin up internal apps
- Preference for working via chat interfaces or CLI over traditional UIs
- Strong writing skills to explain complex ideas clearly
