Cardless is a Series C consumer fintech that makes it easy for the world’s largest brands to build credit cards into their ecosystems. The company has scaled significantly and is currently scaling toward profitability.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality presentation materials for partner meetings, board meetings, and investor updates
• Translate rough inputs and verbal briefings into clean, structured decks with a clear narrative
• Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up materials for leadership syncs and cross-functional reviews
• Track action items, decisions, and open questions across various workstreams
• Synthesize partner feedback and meeting notes into clear written summaries for leadership
• Draft precise memos, one-pagers, and briefing documents

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or investment banking
• Proven track record of building persuasive presentation materials
• Experience supporting senior leaders in high-stakes environments
• Strong visual storytelling and deck-building skills
• Exceptional written communication skills with clarity and economy
• Ability to bring order to ambiguity and drive structured execution
• Analytical thinking and comfort working with spreadsheets
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
