About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update data in NetSuite ERP to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Perform routine data checks and support data governance efforts for reliable reporting
- Assist in implementing workflow improvements and basic process automation
- Support system enhancements, testing, and coordination with integrated platforms
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales and business operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biology, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in business operations or administrative support is a plus
