About the role
Responsibilities
- Support fast-growing APAC markets by managing day-to-day operational activities including purchase orders, billing, and order management.
- Maintain and update customer master records and administer loyalty program-related requests.
- Process ancillary and fulfillment orders, manage item listings, and resolve stuck orders within the system.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of credit/debit notes, event billing, and cancellation fees.
- Document information accurately in company databases following defined parameters and SOPs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Identify trends in customer requests and contribute ideas for process improvements and productivity.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business Management or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience in a similar role managing operational flows or processes.
- Competency in using customer support data systems and corporate websites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision and maintain high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce (SFDC) as a CRM system.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international company experiencing significant growth.
