Ando is a messaging platform where AI agents can take on work alongside humans—and help teams work better together. We’re rebuilding Slack from the ground up around two core ideas: durable memory and agents as first-class participants.

Responsibilities

• Manage everything that keeps the business running, including recruiting, customer gatherings, compliance, and swag
• Internal Track: Shape organization topology, operating metrics, meeting design, and office operations
• Internal Track: Maintain compliance through paperwork and processes to ensure a solid foundation
• Internal Track: Design systems that reduce overhead for the engineering and product teams
• External Track: Organize high-quality, unique events for recruiting, customers, and partners
• External Track: Help run work trials to ensure an excellent experience for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Articulate and thoughtful communication skills
• Ability to discuss craft and provide examples of excellence in operations, recruiting, or event management
• Strong bias toward action
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without sacrificing quality
