Business Operations and Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Align all functions to achieve strategic objectives set by the Director, US West
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings with field operations, marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure key initiatives remain on track
• Analyze macro and micro trends to present actionable insights and plans to regional leadership
• Own the end-to-end conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives spanning demand, supply, and regulatory surfaces
• Support senior leaders on key strategic projects and implement ad-hoc operational improvements

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional work experience, preferably in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
• Expertise in data modeling, analytics, and project management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for manipulating large datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of an organization
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing diverse teams
• Ability to balance deep-dive execution with high-level strategic thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL proficiency
• Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams
