Business Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maximize the value of advertising inventory through manual and automated processes
• Design, execute, and analyze innovative pre/post and A/B tests to identify new opportunities
• Synthesize data into dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Refine data processes, set up tools, and create automation to improve operational efficiency
• Execute ad hoc analysis to identify revenue optimization opportunities and improve business performance
• Research recent trends in the mobile advertising, mobile gaming, and advertising technology industries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• At least 2 years of experience in a data-intensive role
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, conditional functions, charting)
• Advanced skills in SQL (joins, creating tables, case statements, and subqueries)
• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and creativity
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in mobile gaming or advertising
• Experience using dashboarding software such as Tableau
• Proficiency with Python or R
