Business Operations Analyst, Processor

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly master data management and company verifications
• Support stakeholders with Salesforce reports and maintain CRM dashboards
• Track and report master data updates and audit dormant accounts
• Maintain customer billing and shipping updates in Oracle databases
• Collaborate with HQ and global regional teams for process documentation and reviews
• Perform ad hoc business and sales operations activities

Requirements

• Master's degree in business management, Operations, Analytics, or related field
• 0-1 year of experience in internal ticketing or Business Operations
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility for evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) or shifts (2:30PM to 11:30PM IST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certification
• Experience with Tableau or other CRM tools
