Business Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks covering margin, success rates, vendor costs, and routing performance
• Develop forecasting models and scenario analyses for vendor changes and pricing
• Identify and automate recurring reporting and reconciliation tasks
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and surface business anomalies
• Partner with Data Engineering, Finance, Product, and Payments teams to improve data quality
• Document methodologies and model logic to create repeatable operating infrastructure

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years in business operations, analytics, finance, strategy, payments, fintech, or SaaS
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI)
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into executive-ready recommendations
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Python, R, or scripting experience
• Familiarity with payments concepts like routing, settlement, and reconciliation
• Experience with LLMs, anomaly detection, or workflow automation tools
