Business Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and reporting activities
• Maintain and improve Aviation datasets, dashboards, and analytics
• Assist with process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support system implementations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and change rollouts
• Manage system access, workspace administration, and governance controls
• Collaborate with operational, compliance, training, and IT stakeholders
• Deliver accurate reporting and insights to support business performance

Requirements

• Bachelor qualification in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems, or similar
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Tableau, or similar tools
• Experience working with complex datasets and identifying trends
• Ability to obtain or hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
