Business Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize booking, conversion, and closing processes along the sales funnel
• Create, track, and interpret relevant funnel, performance, and growth KPIs
• Identify process inefficiencies, including using AI, and support the implementation of improvement measures
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of measures to reactivate lost leads
• Support daily sales operations and collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to implement data-driven optimizations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience or internships in an analytical, data-driven environment
• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or similar
• AI affinity with experience in developing initial products or interest in AI product innovation
• High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
