About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and direct administrative support and non-clinical operations for the hospice agency
- Oversee and maintain contracts, binders, and HR/medical files for all agency and contract staff in compliance with regulations
- Review, reconcile, and submit invoices to the Home Office and manage vendor relationships
- Perform or manage billing audits and follow up on necessary corrections
- Manage clerical staff and oversee all non-clinical office workflows and processes
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Clinical Director to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of healthcare experience OR 3+ years of experience in an office administration role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

- Demonstrated solid organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Proven process and people leadership abilities
