About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, and direct administrative support and non-clinical operations for the hospice agency
  • Oversee and maintain contracts, binders, and HR/medical files for all agency and contract staff in compliance with regulations
  • Review, reconcile, and submit invoices to the Home Office and manage vendor relationships
  • Perform or manage billing audits and follow up on necessary corrections
  • Manage clerical staff and oversee all non-clinical office workflows and processes
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Clinical Director to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare experience OR 3+ years of experience in an office administration role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated solid organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently
  • Proven process and people leadership abilities
