Business Office Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through paperwork processes
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including finance contracts and DMV documentation
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions, ensuring accurate titles and proper documentation for funding
• Handle cash management tasks, including receiving payments and preparing deposits
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and reconciliation of missing information
• Train and mentor new associates and support various store departments as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area following safety requirements

Requirements

• Ability to read, interpret, and record data accurately for compliance and reporting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems with intermediate PC skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer and team interactions
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
