Business Navigation Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide store steering team with information, analysis, and expert insight to support growth and profitability
• Promote standardized dashboards and secure competence for performance analysis
• Contribute to new ways of measuring business performance in an omnichannel environment
• Manage store profit & loss, cost development, and gross margin management
• Oversee forecasting, monitoring, and staff cost structure to ensure targets are met
• Drive projects and business initiatives to secure budget frames
• Develop short-, mid-, and long-term resource planning in collaboration with HR
• Conduct retail performance analysis with a customer focus
• Coordinate financial business planning, budgeting, and follow-up
• Manage commercial sales navigation on the sales floor

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a retail market (store or country level)
• 2-3 years of experience developing new ways of working and efficiency solutions
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and developing metrics
• Proven track record of delivering under time pressure
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Excel
• Tech-savvy and computer literate
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
