Business Monitoring Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily morning meetings to verify attendance and report findings in the system
• Work with managers to ensure regular lead reviews are conducted and logged
• Perform sample call listening for assigned staff and provide feedback to leadership
• Generate daily reports regarding meeting minutes, attendance, and team performance
• Coordinate with Sales Excellence, Training, and HRBP teams to initiate periodic management reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• 0-1 years of professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a high level of integrity
• Strong ability to communicate and listen to various stakeholders
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
