Business Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support market growth by identifying key market characteristics and performing benchmarking.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS) daily to optimize performance with marketing and technical teams.
• Collaborate with digital acquisition teams to meet and optimize growth objectives.
• Work with the product team to communicate the launch of new services and existing service updates.
• Create marketing materials and supports for partners, prospects, and clients.
• Manage projects from initial concept to delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on progress.
• Conduct iterative "test & learn" phases and analyze ROI to recommend optimization actions.
• Perform necessary configurations within group tools and produce regular reporting and presentations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program (Business School, University, or specialized Digital Marketing school).
• Strong comfort with numbers and the ability to interpret performance indicators.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Rigorous, curious, proactive, and a desire to learn through hands-on experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse profiles (creative, data, clients).
• English language proficiency at an A2/B1 level.
