About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of On-Trade objectives and the implementation of the new commercial model
- Execute the Commercial plan in alignment with the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for On-Trade customers
- Negotiate at the Point of Sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets
- Drive the "Picture of Success" approach to activate brands and influence consumers at the point of purchase
- Identify and execute regional strategies to maximize performance and value creation for the Bacardi portfolio
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of performance in commercial or field sales roles
- Strong affinity with the On-Trade channel, events, and promotions
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to organize work independently and effectively
- Excellent communication skills and an active listening approach
- A team-player mindset with a results-oriented focus
