Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial and operational strategies to drive organic and inorganic growth and profitability.
• Manage P&L activities, including budget development, cost management, reporting, and forecasting.
• Ensure financial targets such as revenue, profit, and enterprise value are consistently met.
• Implement capacity and capability strategies to translate customer needs into actionable operational plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong partnerships with Sales and Business Development teams.
• Manage capital-intensive (Capex) investments to meet long-range plan commitments and ROI targets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and performance management.
• Foster a high-performance culture and collaborate across global networks to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of directly related professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience leading both technical and commercial staff.
• Strong financial acumen with a clear understanding of how decisions impact DCF and ROI.
• Experience in both sales and fulfillment functions or general management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large Capex projects and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively within diverse cultural environments and global matrix organizations.
