About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Actively prospect companies across various sizes and industries
- Understand client needs and propose tailored IT consulting solutions
- Negotiate mandates, rates, and contractual terms
- Recruit permanent and contract IT consultants
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Build and develop a network of qualified talent
- Collaborate with clients to ensure alignment between needs and profiles
- Create, develop, and support a team of IT consultants
- Manage career follow-ups, mobilization, and consultant performance
- Act as the primary point of contact between consultants and clients
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Business Manager, Account Manager, Practice Lead, or similar in IT consulting
- Experience recruiting IT professionals
- Strong business development and prospecting skills
- Experience in team management or a strong interest in building a team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and initiative
- Mandatory bilingualism in French and English
