Business Manager (Technical Sales)

Founded in 1993, the company specializes in advanced filtration technologies for industries including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food & beverage, and water treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and acquire new clients in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable product solutions
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports
• Travel as required for client meetings and site visits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, or Business
• 5–12 years of experience in Technical Sales, Pharma Sales, or Industrial Sales
• Proven experience in Pharma Sales
• Experience in technical or solution-based sales
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to work from office 6 days a week
