About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success within the Emerging Payments organization.
  • Lead product-level modeling, analytics, and the implementation of new pricing strategies.
  • Drive direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and build targeted insights to inform new customer experiences.
  • Improve credit performance by connecting consumer credit trends to historical behavior and creating risk models.
  • Manage the delivery of business intent, including building requirements and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve service and profitability.
  • Mentor and develop analysts to foster talent and high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience performing complex analysis.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering).
  • Strong quantitative orientation and a proven track record of decision-making based on analytics.
  • Impeccable written and oral executive communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
  • 5+ years of professional analysis experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services.
  • 1+ year of experience in management consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management.
