Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage sales team activities and territory allocation to balance workload and business potential
• Drive sales growth across all segments and company product lines within the assigned US region
• Oversee shop profitability and achieve defined growth objectives
• Manage National Account relationships and key Builder accounts
• Coordinate complex cut-to-size projects from inception to completion
• Monitor customer databases and ensure proper use of CRM tools by the sales team
• Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure high service quality and efficiency
• Support the Regional Sales Director in developing and adhering to annual sales budgets

Requirements

• 4+ years of Outside Sales experience
• 3+ years of experience in team management
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong understanding of business KPIs and P&L management
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and SAP
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Spanish language proficiency
