Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive sales plan in collaboration with industry leads and local SKF sales teams.
• Identify and target priority applications and customers to build a strong opportunity pipeline.
• Engage customers to define technical solutions, prepare commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Drive commercial expansion of SKF Insight bearing solutions for end-user and OEM customers across heavy industries.
• Track key performance indicators and report progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Experience selling customized sensor-based solutions (force measurement solutions preferred).
• Proven track record in consultative selling of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to coordinate across internal functions including product development, production, and service delivery.
• Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
