Business Manager, Salamanca & Valladolid

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of On-Trade objectives and the implementation of the Commercial plan.
• Execute customer programs specific to the On-Trade channel as outlined in the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP).
• Negotiate at the Point of Sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets.
• Drive the "Picture of Success" approach to activate brands and influence consumers at the point of purchase.
• Identify and execute regional strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance and value creation within the On-Trade sector.

Requirements

• Proven track record of performance in commercial or field sales roles.
• Demonstrable affinity with the On-Trade sector, events, or promotions.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to organize work effectively and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities.
• A team-player mindset with a results-oriented approach.
