Business Manager, Retail Bank CD Strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product and customer experience roadmap for CD offerings, including growth and retention levers.
• Lead interest rate strategy for CD terms by analyzing competitor moves and balancing growth with profitability.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing partners to prioritize customer experience enhancements and communications.
• Monitor macro-economic trends and industry benchmarks to proactively adjust growth strategies and forecasts.
• Partner with Data Science and Forecasting teams to refine predictive models for deposit flow and retention trends.
• Drive high-impact collaborations across Finance, Product, Marketing, Corporate Strategy, and Legal/Compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in professional analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services.
• 1+ year of experience in consulting.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
