About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between Natura's strategy and the sales network to ensure sustainable growth.
- Lead and inspire Leaders and Consultants, fostering engagement and professional development.
- Execute annual strategies and cycle activities according to established planning and meetings.
- Analyze sales reports, digital tools, and applications to monitor results and build action plans.
- Manage the network's growth by identifying individual aspirations and facilitating succession planning.
- Organize and stimulate participation in trainings, events, and brand experiences to increase engagement.
- Administer financial resources, visual identity materials, and technological tools efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies and administrative expense rules.
Requirements
- Experience in people management or roles requiring negotiation and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Office/Google suites and digital tools (tablets, smartphones, and media).
- Valid Driver's License (Category B) and availability to drive.
- Availability for frequent travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher education degree completed.
