Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between Natura's strategy and the sales network, leading and inspiring Leaders and Consultants.
• Mobilize and engage team members to achieve common goals while embodying the Natura and Avon culture.
• Execute annual strategies and cycle activities according to established planning and meetings.
• Analyze sales administration reports, website data, and app information to build individual and collective action plans.
• Identify individual aspirations and skills within the network to facilitate growth and succession planning.
• Manage financial resources, visual identity materials, and technological tools efficiently.
• Promote engagement through training, events, and brand experiences to develop the business network.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies and manage operational expense reporting.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License (Category B) and availability to drive.
• Availability for travel.
• Proficiency in Office/Google suites and digital tools, including tablets and smartphones.
• Proven experience in people management or roles requiring negotiation and decision-making.
