Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and workflows to ensure systems run smoothly
• Build and improve internal documentation, processes, and systems for efficiency
• Coordinate calendars, communications, and shared tools for team alignment
• Oversee and maintain systems including Salesforce, WordPress, and MailChimp
• Manage data, reporting, and dashboards to support decision-making
• Track invoices and expenses in coordination with finance partners
• Support logistics for programs, events, and internship onboarding
• Manage vendor relationships and service providers
• Support building operations and safety procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in operations or administration
• Strong organizational and systems management skills
• Proficiency with data, reporting, and digital operational tools
