Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO – APAC to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives that support revenue growth and regional expansion.
• Act as a central point of coordination across front office, operations, finance, risk, legal, and technology to remove barriers to growth.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, and outcomes, ensuring disciplined execution.
• Establish and maintain robust management information and performance dashboards to track progress and impact.
• Lead complex, cross-functional change initiatives and embed scalable operating models.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across APAC and with global teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adhere to the operational risk framework.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Business Management, COO, Strategy, or Transformation roles within Financial Services.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional change initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Strong program and change management capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance strategic high-level thinking with hands-on execution.
• University degree required.
