Business Manager IT

Responsibilities

• Develop client portfolio and manage commercial activity from opportunity detection to project follow-up
• Implement an ambitious prospecting plan (phone, social media, field) targeting large regional and national accounts
• Present and promote the group's value proposition to CIOs, General Management, and Procurement
• Conduct commercial meetings, formalize proposals, and participate in contract negotiations
• Identify technical profiles in partnership with recruitment teams to meet client needs
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of the sales cycle and client relationships through reporting and performance indicators
• Support and accompany consultants on mission

Requirements

• Master's degree (Business School, Engineering, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of successful commercial development experience in the IT/Digital sector
• Knowledge of technical environments (infrastructure, application, digital)
• Familiarity with large accounts in the Occitanie region, specifically the Toulouse area
• Strong hunter mindset and result-oriented approach
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
