As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides user support, application support, proximity support, IT asset management, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) services to over 200 clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and win new business and open new client accounts from prospecting to contract signature
- Proactively deploy prospecting plans to detect new needs, projects, and tenders
- Present company offerings and activities to prospects
- Propose tailored solutions to meet client challenges
- Manage and retain consultants placed at client sites, including career development and mission follow-up
- Ensure achievement of revenue KPIs including client meetings, presentations, and signatures
- Manage the full client relationship process including contracts, order follow-up, and steering committees
- Maintain exhaustive daily commercial activity tracking and reporting
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in selling IT services (technical assistance) within an ESN
- Proactive mindset with the ability to generate commercial opportunities
- Proven leadership and managerial skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Passion for commercial excellence and business development
