Business Manager, IB Unified Global Markets Distribution COO

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day COO BAU activities including business analytics, MI reporting, and problem-solving.
• Prepare high-quality outputs, presentations, and MI documentation for Senior Management.
• Maintain a robust operating platform, including ownership of key controls and product flow mapping.
• Support the implementation of sales and client strategies in collaboration with product business areas.
• Assist the EMEA Business Head in implementing business strategy and managing daily operations.
• Serve as a liaison between lines of business and various support partners to drive accountability.
• Work on enhancing COO and sales processes through automation and AI.
• Partner with Technology to support front-to-back system improvements and revenue reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience in Sales, Business Management, COO, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• Advanced MS Office skills, with particular expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into presentable formats for senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive deliverables with limited supervision.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify, articulate, and escalate risks timely.
• High degree of collaboration skills and a partnership-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Affinity for and interest in technology and AI development.
• Prior experience working with automation or AI in a business context.
• Strong understanding of banking/financial services operational processes and product knowledge.
