Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic operational partner to the CEO, supporting the delivery of key initiatives and business priorities.
• Translate strategic discussions and meeting outputs into structured tasks, projects, and actionable initiatives.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective planning and timely execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure effective project implementation.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and priorities to ensure commitments and strategic objectives are met.
• Prepare for Board meetings and strategic discussions by synthesizing complex information into high-level briefings.
• Prioritize activities to ensure executive focus remains on the firm’s highest-impact opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, business management, consulting, or similar strategic/operational roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Proven ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on oversight of day-to-day delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional language skills are considered an asset.
• Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
