Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a strong safety culture and ensure full OHS compliance, reporting, and corrective actions
• Oversee daily DC operations, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage multiple client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure DIFOT
• Own the P&L, deliver budgets, control costs, and drive margin and efficiency improvements
• Lead and develop Operations and Customer Service leaders to build high-performing teams
• Support new business implementations and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Business Degree or Supply Chain qualification (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of management experience within the logistics or 3PL industry
• Strong operational understanding of warehousing, transport, and WMS systems
• Proven commercial acumen including P&L management and financial planning
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
