Business Manager, Finance Services

Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of country financing objectives, including financed volume, revenue contribution, and strategic growth targets.
• Partner with sales teams to identify, develop, and convert financing opportunities across channel partners and end customers.
• Structure commercially viable financing solutions and complex leasing transactions that address customer business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and approved financing partners to support program execution and business expansion.
• Support sales enablement through customer engagements, partner education, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with Credit, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure compliance with regional governance, risk, and funding frameworks.
• Manage pipeline forecasting and provide regular reporting on financing activities, opportunities, and market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in IT leasing, technology financing, equipment finance, or channel finance.
• Extensive experience originating, structuring, and negotiating complex financing transactions.
• Strong understanding of financing models, pricing methodologies, credit assessment, and funding structures.
• Established relationships across the IT channel ecosystem, including resellers, vendors, and funders.
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills within a matrix environment.
