About the role
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day business management activities and ensure operational efficiency across the organization.
- Organize, facilitate, and document governance forums, including board, executive, and leadership meetings.
- Maintain meeting trackers, decision logs, and action items to ensure accountability and follow-through.
- Collate and deliver high-quality monthly reporting packs and leadership dashboards.
- Develop insights across headcount, financials, talent, and operational metrics using data visualization.
- Plan and execute end-to-end communications, including townhalls, All Hands meetings, and leadership decks.
- Design automation tools and workflows to remove manual effort and improve process efficiency.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, finance, and recruitment teams to drive business momentum.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Power Automate and Alteryx for workflow automation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work alongside senior leadership.
- Excellent written communication skills for developing internal content and presentations.
- Experience in webinar or townhall facilitation.
- A strong focus on data quality, audit requirements, and delivering actionable insights.
