Responsibilities
- Develop client portfolio and open new accounts
- Identify needs and propose suitable consultants to clients
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, negotiation, and closing
- Build and grow a team of consultants
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify top talent
- Monitor missions to ensure client and consultant satisfaction
- Contribute to the growth of Experteam and your specific perimeter
Requirements
- Master's degree (Business School, Engineering, or equivalent)
- Initial experience in B2B business development, ideally in an ESN or consulting firm
- Strong commercial temperament and drive for challenges
- Ability to build trust with clients and consultants
- Entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation
