About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts and act as the primary point of contact
- Identify and acquire new clients and projects in Luxembourg
- Define and execute growth strategies for assigned territories
- Develop and present commercial proposals and responses to calls for tender
- Manage commercial negotiations, contracts, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor service delivery performance and support team development
- Oversee financial aspects of engagements including invoicing and follow-up
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
- Proven track record in sales, specifically within IT service-based industries
- Proficiency in French and English
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to perform warm and cold calling, pitching, and negotiating
