Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients and projects in Belgium, driving the full business development cycle
  • Define and execute growth strategies for assigned territories
  • Develop, structure and present commercial proposals and responses to calls for tender
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing negotiations, contracts, and resource allocation
  • Support service delivery by monitoring performance and planning activities
  • Manage financial aspects of client engagements, including invoicing accuracy and follow-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle (360°) recruitment experience
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within IT service-based industries
  • Strong sales skills including cold/warm calling, pitching, and negotiating
  • Trilingual fluency in Dutch, French, and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and solution-oriented mindset
