Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients and projects in Belgium, driving the full business development cycle
- Define and execute growth strategies for assigned territories
- Develop, structure and present commercial proposals and responses to calls for tender
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing negotiations, contracts, and resource allocation
- Support service delivery by monitoring performance and planning activities
- Manage financial aspects of client engagements, including invoicing accuracy and follow-up
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high client satisfaction
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle (360°) recruitment experience
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within IT service-based industries
- Strong sales skills including cold/warm calling, pitching, and negotiating
- Trilingual fluency in Dutch, French, and English
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and solution-oriented mindset
