Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients and projects
- Support commercial prospecting using CRM
- Detect and define new growth levers
- Create privileged relationships with clients and prospects
- Identify relevant tenders and develop adapted commercial offers
- Maintain a pool of qualified resources
- Manage an existing client portfolio
- Support resources on ongoing assignments including performance, planning, and career evolution
- Manage client relationships including needs identification, pricing, contracts, and invoicing
