Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven digital media plans aligned to client business and marketing objectives
- Build audience-first strategies leveraging platform insights and consumer behavior
- Lead end-to-end campaign deployment across biddable and non-biddable media channels
- Monitor campaign performance and drive ongoing optimizations
- Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and post-campaign analyses
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders
- Present campaign strategies and performance updates confidently
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in digital media planning and campaign management
- Strong understanding of biddable and non-biddable media ecosystems
- Hands-on exposure to Google Ads, DV360, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic
- Experience in audience planning, media strategy, and budget allocation
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to measurement frameworks such as Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, and Attribution
