Business Manager-Customer Experience

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Pricing, and Risk teams to ensure coordinated business objectives
• Deliver executive-level insights, narratives, and presentations to drive decision-making
• Identify gaps and opportunities to generate business insights and actionable dashboards
• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
• Manage the delivery of business intent and execute against product strategies
• Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science)
• Strong quantitative orientation and ability to solve complex problems using data
• Excellent executive communication skills, including written and oral presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA
• 5+ years of experience in professional analysis
• 2+ years of experience in financial services
• 1+ year of experience in consulting
• 2+ years of experience in people management
